CP Morgan Update

As most of you know CP Morgan has gone out of business. We have a phone number that our residents may contact if they have questions for CP Morgan. Their number is 848-4040. Your HOA is working on removing their dumpster and if you have any questions regarding CP Morgan, feel free to contact us at 856-3423 or call them directly.

2009 Annual Meeting Minutes from the Annual Meeting are now available through the website at www.heartlandcrossinghoa.c om or if you would like you can stop by the HOA office to pick up a copy of those minutes.

^{Clubhouse Rental}

^{Effective January 1, 2008, the rental fee for the clubhouse will be $100.00 per day and a $200.00 deposit.}^{All reservations must be made and paid at least one week in advance.
