Heartland Crossing Community Watch (HCCW)
HCCW’s goal is to improve the relationship that each of us has with our neighbors—whether the neighbor lives next door, on our street, in our neighborhood, or anywhere within the Heartland Crossing Community.
Regular communication with our neighbors lets them know that we value them and their friendship. Through this neighborhood involvement, and interaction with local law enforcement, we can make Heartland Crossing a good, safe, and friendly place to live. Join us and get involved!!
HCCW meetings are held the first Thursday of every month at 7 PM at the Community Clubhouse.
Please visit the HCCW website at http://hccw.6.forumer.com/ or you can email them at hccw@sbcglobal..net

Dues and Assessments
A reminder to all residents that Dues Payments and late fees are handled by the following procedures:
(a) For Heartland Crossing Residents, dues payments are due on January 1st and May 1st each year.
(b) Residents will have until January 31st to pay their first half assesment and May 31st to pay their second half assessment each year.
(c) Residents that have not paid their assessments by January 31st and May 31st each year will be charged a $60.00 late fee.
(d) Residents that have not paid their 1st assessment and late fee by February 28th and their 2nd assessment and late fee by June 30th will be turned over to the
Associations Attorney for collections. All residents with a balance of $90.01 or higher will be turned over to the Associations Attorney.
(e) Attorney fees, filing fees & administration fees will be added to all accounts turned over to the Associations Attorney.
Please note that in accordance with letter (d.) above, residents that received a $90 late fee in 2008 were not turned over to collections if their outstanding balance was $90 or less. If their balance was $90.01 or more, they were turned over to collections. This is mentioned to alleviate any questions as to why someone would be turned over to collections in 2009 and not in 2008. The balance at which a resident would be sent to collections is $90.01 or higher. Any resident that has only one late fee on their account and a balance of $90 or less should understand that an additional late fee will result in that resident being turned over to collections.
Shelters
The Reunion Park, Valley Ridge Park and Central Park are available for rental from the months of May through Septemeber. For reservations, please call 856-3423. There is no fee to reserve a shelter but, reservation is required.
